Beyoncé's Hairstylist Re-Ignites Internet Drama Over Her "Natural" Hair

Is it too flawless to be real?

Published July 10, 2018

It has long been a debate on social media whether or not Beyoncé rocks her natural hair. So much so, it caused internet frenzy!

ICYMI: The debate about Bey’s natural hair got so heated at one point that her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson (a.k.a. Miss Tina) had to squash the beef with a photo showing her daughter’s “inches.”

INCHES!!!! So happy my baby’s hair grew back !! She is going to get me 😩

So what started the debate? It all began last December when Bey's hairstylist, Neal Farinah, posted a video of Beyoncé at the Sports Illustrated Awards along with the caption: "THIS IS HOW U SLAY YOUR NATURAL CURLY HAIR."

Were we really seeing Bey’s naturally curly hair?

Neal set the record straight by posting a video with a very clear message: “So, the myth about Black women not having hair…y’all think again ‘cause they have some of the most beautiful textured hair. Recognize!”

Preach! We’ve all seen Beyonce’s natural hair in her baby pictures. Not to mention, have you seen Mama Tina, Solange or Blue Ivy? They’ve got serious #inches.

Yesterday, the famed hairstylist took to his Instagram to show a behind-the-scenes photo of him doing King Bey’s hair for the OTR2 tour with her husband, Jay-Z, and the #BeyHive are losing it over the caption which reads, “SAY WHAT😉. NATURAL CURLY HAIR.”

See the post for yourself:

Talk about natural hair goals! The mother of three looks amazing with her long, lustrous, full and healthy hair.

Hopefully this doesn’t start some new internet debate, SMH.
